About Lake Hamilton Fire and Rescue

Training Division

Training is essential and ever-present in weekly and special sessions. The Lake Hamilton Fire Department spends over 4,000 man-hours annually in training. As the Lake Hamilton Fire and Rescue Fire Department, we take great pride in serving our community. Our highly trained firefighters work tirelessly to protect lives and property.

Our Training Division is led by Chip Shortreed, Training Officer. We currently have six level 2 Instructors and three level  1 Instructors.
