The Foundation was established in 2014 as an Arkansas not-for-profit 501(c)3 corporation. It is organized exclusively for charitable services and distributions to the Lake Hamilton Fire Protection District.
The eight (8) member Board of Directors are the current commissioners of the LHFPD and the Fire Chief.
